Qualification required
•Education
- Bachelor Degree in business/economics or business information
systems
- Qualification in IT project management
•Experience (Art)
- Experience of managing IT projects and the processes involved
- Experience in agile methods like Design Thinking and Scrum
- Experience in international projects
•Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of process and project management, and of continuous
improvement processes
- Strong logical and analytical capabilities
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Business-level English
- German desirable
Task designation
•Identifying necessary system adjustments on the basis of changing
external legal requirements and mandatory internal requirements (tax law,
data protection, internal policy changes, etc.)
•Identifying necessary system adjustments based on the requirements
of process participants and stakeholders, and also on the basis of
analyses of weaknesses as part of the quality management process
•Analyzing, evaluating and prioritizing steps to be taken with regard
to legal requirements, urgency, and technical and financial feasibility;
preparing business cases as a basis for decision-making
•Compiling an overall planning to steer all ongoing IT projects,
taking into account their interdependent relationships
•Preparing complex business requirement documents and detailed
technical concepts in coordination with a range of different units (HRD/G,
Payroll, IT, Tax, Legal etc.) as a basis for commissioning external
programming, in addition to compiling complex user stories and technical
descriptions of concepts as a form of input for internal programming;
leading process workshops concerning these matters
•Prepare presentations for discussing and coordinating with the
German works council issues that are subject to co-determination
•Contribute to cross-functional implementation projects to implement
system adjustments; compiling timelines; monitoring project capacities
associated with the functions involved; managing complete implementation
projects using both traditional and agile methods.
•Inspecting of developed systems to ensure that requirement
specifications/supplier's specifications have been correctly
implemented, developing and monitoring the testing arrangements, prepare
for signing off services, and for approving systems to go live
